Naskila Casino, operated by the Alabama-Coushatta Tribe of Texas, located in Livingston, Texas, partnered with Casino Cruiselines (CCL), a nationally recognized casino motorcoach marketing company, to launch the “Naskila Express” service in June, 2022. CCL provides a guest friendly, omni-channel reservation platform that includes a microsite, linked to the casino’s website and a call-center staffed by live reservationists. The goal of Naskila Casino’s executive management team was to expedite the launch of a safe, consistent, guest friendly, luxury motorcoach service, targeting specific markets, while scheduling arrivals during off-peak times. CCL collaborated with the Naskila team to quickly develop, brand, and implement the Naskila Express luxury motorcoach service within 60-days. CCL developed routes, schedules and secured all pick-up locations. CCL then partnered with a local motorcoach company to operate the service with luxury, Naskila Casino branded wrapped motorcoaches. The Naskila Express service currently operates from over 15 departure markets throughout the region.
