Scheduling motorcoach arrivals/departures in the most logistically efficient way possible, utilizing multiple routes, resulting in economies of scale.
Scheduling arrivals during casino’s off-peak times.
Training our reservation personnel and motorcoach companies on all program details, logistics and casino specifics.
Branding and marketing motorcoach programs as the casino’s service via micro-site, social media, email campaigns, motorcoach wraps, casino’s website, internal signage and direct mail/newsletter.
Negotiating with motorcoach operators to allow advertising wraps.
Consulting with the casino's marketing team and/or advertising agency on creative and medium.
Marketing to targeted markets, demographics and ethnic segments.
Requiring every guest to be or become a member of the casino's Player's Club in order to receive incentives. This requirement helps grow the Player's Club database.
