  • Creating, implementing and managing an omni channel reservation strategy which provides multiple, integrated avenues for guests to make reservations including call-center (with live reservationists), responsive micro-site, mobile app, social media and in some cases, satellite marketing offices.
  • Leveraging our industry knowledge and relationships to contract with safe, well established, reliable motorcoach operators.  
  • Managing and communicating with all motorcoach operators, tour operators, coordinators and casino’s team to ensure programs deliver a great guest experience.
  • Maintaining consistent communications; providing a steady flow of information to casino’s team including detailed motorcoach schedules, guest feedback, competitive analysis and a single, condensed weekly invoice.


  • Securing and maintaining all pick-up locations, routes and schedules.
  • Scheduling motorcoach arrivals/departures in the most logistically efficient way possible, utilizing multiple routes, resulting in economies of scale.
  • Scheduling arrivals during casino’s off-peak times.  
  • Training our reservation personnel and motorcoach companies on all program details, logistics and casino specifics.


  • Branding and marketing motorcoach programs as the casino’s service via micro-site, social media, email campaigns, motorcoach wraps, casino’s website, internal signage and direct mail/newsletter.
  • Negotiating with motorcoach operators to allow advertising wraps.
  • Consulting with the casino's marketing team and/or advertising agency on creative and medium.
  • Marketing to targeted markets, demographics and ethnic segments.
  • Requiring every guest to be or become a member of the casino's Player's Club in order to receive incentives. This requirement helps grow the Player's Club database.


  • Our management team has over 100 years of combined experience in the gaming and transportation industries.
  • Provide dedicated personnel to assist with marketing, communications and logistics of programs, on and off-site.
  • Members of our management team have internal casino management and marketing backgrounds; including managing motorcoach programs internally for gaming companies such as Harrah's.
